6.1 Wagering Requirements

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phgl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the phgl platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service.
phgl does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. phgl will use reasonable endeavors to maintain platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude phgl's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

phgl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable bonuses and amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, subject to completion of any required verification procedures.
